We offer in store pick up if your order is placed before 2pm Monday-Friday. We’ll endeavor to have the order ready for pick-up on the same day. Please wait for a confirmation email before coming into store as we can not guarantee your order will be ready.

EXPRESS SHIPPING AUSTRALIA

All orders will only be processed on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed before 12pm AEST your order will be sent the same day. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a dispatch notification. We offer Express shipping to our Australian customers. This means your parcel will arrive to you approximately 1-2 business days after receiving your tracking number (dispatch notification). 

All parcels are 'AUTHORITY TO LEAVE' meaning Australia Post will leave in the safest place/at your door if no one is home to answer.  

EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer Express postage to all our international customers. This will take approximately 3-5 working days depending on your location. Costs vary depending on your location but you will be provided a cost upon checkout. 

Please note all prices on wotzhotclothing orders are quoted in Australian Dollars, and international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver based on these amounts. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your items have been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note your order can take a few hours to become available for tracking after you receive this number. If you are unable to locate the tracking number in your dispatched email notification you are welcome to contact us at wotzhot@gmail.com. We can then provide to you the tracking number.

KINDLY NOTE

Once your parcel has left our store it falls under the responsibility of the postage company, however if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. 

Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address. Please also ensure you provide the correct email address.
