WOTZHOTCLOTHING will gladly offer an exchanges or credit on full priced items returned within 7 days of purchase minus shipping costs. Garments must be in original condition and all original tags must be attached with proof of purchase.

FAULTY ITEMS

We pride ourselves on providing you with the highest quality garments possible. Each item is double checked before dispatch to ensure it is received in the best quality possible. If you received an item that you believe is faulty, please email or phone us right away and provide a photo or two showing the defect.In the rare event your item has a make-up or tan stain on it, we are happy to credit you the dry cleaning bill. A refund will not be issued.

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law if the garment we have sent has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault to the product and send it back to you.However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will reimburse you in full for your purchase.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:

Please email admin@wotzhotclothing.com.au to process your return BEFORE sending the item back to us.

To initiate a return, please complete the returns form included in your order, and post back your items to the below returns address. 

wotzhotclothing will offer in store exchanges of items purchased online, if they fall within the 7 day grace period.

Please kindly note that we have a strict no-refund policy when it comes to change of mind, or incorrect size. We are more than happy to offer an exchange, or a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of the return. 

Returns must be done at the expense of the customer, so please only send back items with a tracking code. wotzhotclothing holds no responsibility for items lost in the post.

When your return has been received, you will receive a confirmation email along with the amount you have been credited. You will need to purchase your replacement item, and once this has been completed, you will be refunded for your previous purchase. If you are unable to select an item for exchange, you will be given a gift voucher corresponding to the amount of your purchase. Gift Vouchers/Store Credits are strictly valid for 3 months.

Store credit and Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded.

For hygiene reasons wotzhotclothing does not offer returns for change of mind on accessories, swimwear and footwear.


SALES

No refunds or exchanges are offered on sale or promo items.

During sale periods, items are reduced as marked and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code / promo.

No exchange, refund or credit will be provided. Damaged items have been flagged in the product description. Offer is non-transferable. Offer cannot be applied to previously purchased items. WOTZHOT reserves the right to exclude items from sale and/or remove products during the promotion.
