Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Casual Sales Assistant and All Rounder. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your sales skills, while also leveraging your creativity and digital expertise to enhance our online presence.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing personalized assistance and driving sales.
- Manage stock inventory, including receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with VIP customers, offering tailored service and exclusive benefits to enhance their shopping experience.
- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts, ensuring the store maintains an inviting display of our collections.
- Help manage our social media platforms, creating engaging content, interacting with our online community, and driving brand awareness.
- Utilize your creative flair to develop content that showcases our products in an appealing and aspirational way.
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Availability to work 2-3 days a week, including Saturdays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable using social media platforms for both personal and professional purposes.
- Bonus points if you have experience in content creation and graphic design.
